"Helpful training that was easy to follow"
I thought the training was really clear and actually useful. Everything was laid out in a way that made it easy to keep up, so getting confused felt avoidable.

"Easy enough, but give yourself a minute"
I was able to get into my certificate without much trouble. The site was straightforward and loaded fine for me, but just a heads up to others: it did take me a minute to figure out where to find it. Don’t panic or assume it’s not there, once I found the right spot, everything worked fine.

"Probably just bad timing with my chapter"
I didn’t really see much activity or engagement from my local chapter, which was a little disappointing. To be fair, it might’ve just been bad timing on my end, because things felt quiet when I checked in

"A go-to spot when I need resources"
I mostly use National Association of Healthcare Access Management for the resource library, it just feels like a reliable place to check when I need something. I can usually find what I’m looking for without much effort, and it’s saved me time more than once. My gut reaction is that it’s a genuinely useful site to keep bookmarked.

"Decent for simple tasks, but a little inconsistent"
I’ve been using the site for basic things, and most days it gets the job done. That said, there are times when pages load really slowly or just seem to hang, which can be frustrating when I’m trying to get something quick done. It’s not unusable, and I don’t think it’s totally unreliable, but the experience made me realize how much speed and consistency matter for even simple tasks online. Overall, it’s average.

"Works fine, but could be smoother"
My account works okay most of the time, so I can’t really complain too much. But wow, finding certain settings can be a bit of a hassle. Like one minute I’m trying to update something simple, and then I’m clicking around way more than I expected. It’s not bad overall, and it does what I need, but it just feels a little clunky. Also could be faster in a few spots.

"Prices felt a little unfair"
The site is useful enough, but the fees felt high for what you actually get. I also wish the pricing was explained more clearly upfront. What made it more frustrating was not really having a real person to talk to about it, everything felt automated, and I just wanted some human contact to clear things up.

"Finally, a Sign-Up That Didn’t Waste My Time"
I signed up on naham.org it was way easier than I expected. The steps were actually clear, the confirmation email showed up fast, and I didn’t have to click around like a lost person trying to figure out what went wrong. Why can’t every site be like this? It took just a few minutes, no drama, no weird errors, no endless forms. Just worked the first time, which sadly feels rare these days.

"Membership is definitely worth it"
I’d say the membership is a good deal. I probably use the resources a few times a month, maybe more, and it feels like I’m getting my money’s worth overall.

"Better than I expected for career direction"
I joined National Association of Healthcare Access Management hoping it would give me a little more clarity on where to go next in patient access, it did a good job of that. I wasn’t expecting anything super polished or flashy, but the webinars and certification info helped me see which skills I still needed to work on. The job board was more useful than I thought it would be too. I also appreciated hearing from people actually working in the field instead of just getting broad, generic career advice. It’s not perfect, but based on what I was looking for, it definitely helped me figure out my next step

"Useful conference, with a few small drawbacks"
I went to the National Association of Healthcare Access Management conference this year and overall had a good experience. The sessions were clear and easy to follow, and I actually came away with a few ideas I can use at work, which isn’t always the case with conferences. A couple of sessions felt a little rushed, though, and I wish there had been more time for questions.
The people there were really friendly, which helped a lot since I didn’t know many attendees going in. The website was simple enough for checking info and updates, although it could have been a bit more organized in a few places. Still, I’d probably go again because I did find it genuinely worthwhile.

"Communication felt unclear and support made it awkward"
I was trying to find clear info on naham.org, but the instructions felt kind of scattered. I ended up clicking around a bunch and still wasn’t fully sure what I was supposed to do next.

When I reached out for help, the response made me feel like the confusion was somehow my fault, which was frustrating. Maybe the process makes sense if you already know it, but for someone new, simpler wording and more direct answers would really help.

"Quick support saved me from wasting time"
Support got back to me really fast and was actually helpful. I was worried I’d lose a bunch of time trying to figure it out myself, so it was a relief to get a clear answer that quickly

"Renewal went smoothly"
I renewed my membership and it was painless. I always notice the little steps in these things, and this one followed the usual smooth pattern: easy login, no weird extra pages, and the confirmation email showed up quickly. Nothing dramatic, which is exactly what I wanted.

"Good mission, but I wish the impact was easier to see"
I do think National Association of Healthcare Access Management is trying to do important work, especially when it comes to advocating for people in patient access roles and keeping those issues from getting overlooked. I appreciate that they’re putting information out there and bringing attention to topics that probably don’t always get enough visibility. That said, when I read through the updates, I sometimes find myself wondering what the actual end result was or what specifically changed because of their efforts. The information is helpful and worth checking out, but I’d love to see the impact laid out a little more clearly, maybe with more concrete examples or follow-ups.

"Felt welcome from the start"
Everyone was really friendly right away and made an effort to include me without making it feel awkward or forced. It was such a small thing, but it made a big difference. I left feeling comfortable, accepted, and genuinely glad to be there.

"Pretty good spot for networking"
I ended up meeting some really solid people here, and a few of those contacts have already helped me out a lot. Definately glad I checked it out.

"Checkout Was a Mess and Payment Took Forever"
I kept trying to check out and the payment just wouldn’t go through. It failed multiple times, and all I got were vague promises that it would be fixed or processed soon. Not very helpful when you’re just trying to complete an order.

"Helpful for getting ready for the CHAA exam"
I used National Association of Healthcare Access Management while I was studying for my CHAA exam, and it helped me feel a lot more organized. The practice questions and outlines were useful, especially for figuring out which topics I wasnt as confident in.

A few pages took me a bit to track down, so it wasnt totally perfect, but overall it was easy enough to use and not overwhelming. I ended up passing, so Im definitely glad I used it

"Helpful for keeping up with patient access stuff"
I found NAHAM useful, especially if you work anywhere near patient access or the front-end side of a hospital. I actually came across it while I was looking something up between meetings one afternoon, and it ended up being more relevant than I expected. The updates and resources are straightforward and not hard to follow, which I appreciate. It’s not a flashy site or anything, but it does the job and helps me keep track of what’s happening in the field
